As the population of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) explodes in Shijiazhuang—a major transportation hub in North China—incidents of vehicles "stalling" on highways and in remote areas due to depleted batteries have become frequent. Traditional towing services face several pain points, including high costs, long wait times, and a tendency to cause traffic congestion. To improve emergency response speeds and user experience, a large Shijiazhuang-based rescue chain has decided to innovate its approach by officially introducing an advanced V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) charging solution.
The project involves the procurement of 15 units of 20kW portable V2V DC charging piles developed and manufactured by our company. These units are specifically designed to equip professional rescue fleets. Utilizing advanced bidirectional inverter technology, this equipment transforms rescue vehicles into mobile "super power banks," completely revolutionizing the traditional emergency rescue workflow.

Rapid Response with On-Site Charging: Upon arriving at the scene, rescue personnel no longer need to search for fixed charging stations or deploy flatbed tow trucks. They can use the onboard power source to provide DC fast charging directly to the stranded vehicle, significantly reducing wait times.
Highly Portable and Flexible Deployment: The equipment is compact and lightweight, allowing for easy transport and operation by a single person. It is perfectly suited for narrow highway segments or remote areas where charging infrastructure is non-existent.
Powerful Performance for Quick Recovery: With a 20kW constant DC output, the chargers can quickly provide enough power for a stranded vehicle to reach the nearest charging station. This "charge and go" capability effectively alleviates traffic pressure caused by long-term road obstructions.
The implementation of this V2V project not only significantly reduces operational costs per rescue mission but also greatly improves road traffic efficiency. By replacing "mechanical towing" with "mobile energy replenishment" the rescue company will provide Shijiazhuang’s NEV owners with more convenient and efficient road safety services. Furthermore, this initiative makes a positive contribution to alleviating urban traffic congestion and promoting the development of a green travel ecosystem.
