Closely responding to the upgrading needs of Hangzhou’s urban charging network and focusing on high-frequency charging scenarios in core business districts, this solution deploys 12 sets of 120kW integrated DC fast charging units. Combining dynamic power allocation and industrial-grade protection technologies, it addresses the challenges of high concurrent usage, harsh outdoor conditions and unattended operation, empowering the construction of a convenient, efficient and intelligent urban charging service network.
As one of China's leading cities in electric vehicle ownership, Hangzhou is continuously advancing its public charging infrastructure to build a "convenient, efficient, and intelligent" urban service network. This project is located in a supporting public parking lot of a core commercial district in Hangzhou, primarily serving private EVs, ride-hailing vehicles, and corporate fleets. These users demand high-power fast charging, superior compatibility, and all-weather operational stability.
The project addressed three core challenges:
RW Energy provided a 120 kW Integrated DC Fast Charging Solution for this site. By combining high-power output with intelligent power allocation, the project has effectively relieved local charging pressure and established a flagship urban fast-charging demonstration.

Before delivery, all units passed comprehensive Type Tests at the RW Energy Laboratory to ensure 24/7 reliability:

Equipment was secured in high-strength, export-grade wooden crates with shock-absorbing foam and vacuum moisture-proof bags. The 12 units were delivered in batches to synchronize with on-site installation schedules, preventing site congestion or delays.

The 12 units were successfully installed in the designated core commercial parking lot. RW Energy’s technical team provided specialized guidance on cable path planning, grounding system construction, and waterproof sealing. All units have passed local utility inspections and are officially in operation.
Since commissioning, the system has demonstrated outstanding performance:

RW Energy provides integrated life-cycle O&M services for the Hangzhou project. Utilizing a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) model, staff can remotely access real-time data such as module temperature, output voltage, and fault logs. Over 70% of common faults can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, drastically reducing labor costs and extending equipment life.
This project technology is fully compatible with international standards and ready for rapid global deployment. Contact us today to customize your high-efficiency charging solutions!
