1 Overview

1.1 Project Background

As one of China's leading cities in electric vehicle ownership, Hangzhou is continuously advancing its public charging infrastructure to build a "convenient, efficient, and intelligent" urban service network. This project is located in a supporting public parking lot of a core commercial district in Hangzhou, primarily serving private EVs, ride-hailing vehicles, and corporate fleets. These users demand high-power fast charging, superior compatibility, and all-weather operational stability.

The project addressed three core challenges:

  • High-concurrency Pressure: During peak hours, traditional equipment lacks sufficient power, leading to long queues and low operational efficiency.
  • Outdoor Environment Adaptation: Located in open public areas, the station faces extreme summer heat, heavy rain, and damp, foggy winters, requiring high protection ratings and wide-temperature capabilities.
  • Smart O&M Requirements: Open sites require unmanned operation, demanding advanced remote monitoring, fault alerting, and platform integration.
