Recently, as the logistics industry accelerates its transition toward low-carbon operations, Luquan District officially completed the core infrastructure construction for its heavy-duty truck electrification pilot project. As a key component of this initiative, 30 units of 320kW integrated DC charging piles provided by RW Energy have been fully installed, commissioned, and put into operation. This marks a significant step forward for Luquan District in building a green and efficient modern logistics system.
The Luquan Heavy-Duty Truck Project aims to address the common "charging efficiency" pain point faced by electric heavy trucks during high-intensity operations. Traditional charging facilities often suffer from low power and long wait times, making it difficult to meet the 24/7, high-frequency turnover requirements of logistics fleets. To solve this, the project introduced RW Energy’s 320kW high-power DC fast-charging solution, dedicated to building a rapid and comprehensive ultra-fast charging network within core logistics parks.

The 30 charging piles deployed in this phase offer exceptional performance:
Ultra-Fast Charging: With a maximum output of 320kW per pile and support for intelligent dual-connector power distribution, charging times are significantly reduced. Field data shows that a heavy-duty electric truck can be fully charged from a low battery state within 40 minutes, representing a 60% increase in efficiency compared to conventional charging.
Stability and Reliability: Utilizing advanced cooling technology and industrial-grade protection (IP54 rating), the equipment is designed to handle complex conditions such as high temperatures, high humidity, and dust. It ensures stable operation in environments ranging from -30°C to 55°C, providing a solid guarantee for continuous logistics operations.
Intelligent O&M: The built-in smart monitoring system enables remote diagnostics and fault pre-warning, drastically reducing long-term maintenance costs and downtime while ensuring the high-efficiency turnover of the charging station.
As an experienced energy solution provider, RW Energy delivered more than just high-performance hardware. They provided full-stack technical support for the Luquan project, ranging from initial power grid assessments and customized planning to on-site commissioning. Through close collaboration, RW Energy ensured that the charging network perfectly aligns with the operational rhythm of the logistics park, effectively boosting overall transport capacity.

The successful implementation of this project not only brings immediate economic benefits to Luquan’s logistics sector but also sets a benchmark for energy conservation and emission reduction in the regional transport industry. It is estimated that once fully operational, the project will reduce carbon emissions by thousands of tons annually, providing a powerful push toward achieving local "Dual Carbon" goals.
