This DC fast charging station supports mainstream charging standards including CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GBT, and Tesla, allowing flexible customization and combination to achieve full compatibility with all electric vehicle brands. Whether it's CCS fast-charging models in the European and American markets, Japanese CHAdeMO protocol vehicles, Chinese GBT standard vehicles, or Tesla's entire lineup, all can be charged instantly upon plugging in.

Is the DC fast charging station a specific implementation of leakage protection?

Specific implementation of leakage protection:

  •  Hardware level:Residual current device: Install a residual current device inside the charging station. When the leakage current detected exceeds the set threshold, the power supply is automatically cut off.

  • Current transformer: Install a current transformer inside the charging cable or charger to monitor current changes in real time. Once abnormal current is detected, the protection action is triggered.

  • Ground fault protection: Integrate a GFCI inside the charging station to detect ground faults and cut off the power supply.

Software level:

  • Fault detection algorithm: Monitor the change of current through software algorithms. When abnormal current is detected, the system will issue an alarm and cut off the power supply.

  • Real-time monitoring: Monitor parameters such as current and voltage during the charging process in real time. Once an abnormality is found, protection measures are taken.
