As a major aviation hub in inland China, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport identifies the intelligent upgrade of ground facilities as a key part of its "Smart Airport" initiative. This project, located in the underground parking lot, faces challenges such as high vehicle mobility, rapid charging turnover, and strict requirements for heat dissipation and humidity control. The client aimed to provide efficient, stable, and highly compatible energy services for passengers and airport operational vehicles through high-power DC fast charging equipment.

The equipment adopts an industrial-grade structural design, featuring a narrow 800mm body optimized for the limited space of underground parking lots. The internal cooling duct is independently designed to effectively handle potential dust accumulation. The internal circuit boards and core components undergo "triple-proof" (moisture-proof, salt-spray-proof, and mold-proof) coating processes and are equipped with an automatic anti-condensation heating design, ensuring stable operation in high-humidity environments (up to 95%).

Each unit underwent rigorous Routine Tests before delivery:

Considering the strict requirements for vehicles and cargo packaging in the airport area, the equipment was sealed in high-strength wooden boxes, supplemented with anti-vibration foam and moisture-proof vacuum bags. The 26 units were delivered in batches to ensure precise synchronization between on-site installation and logistics arrival.

The units have been successfully installed in designated areas of the underground parking lot at Chongqing Jiangbei Airport. The technical team provided guidance on cable routing optimization and additional forced ventilation for the underground environment. Currently, all 26 charging piles have passed acceptance by the local power bureau and airport authorities. The operation of this station has significantly eased charging pressure and set a benchmark for smart hub construction.

Relying on the smart O&M cloud platform, the equipment supports a "Condition-based Maintenance" mode. Maintenance personnel can retrieve real-time module temperature, voltage waveforms, and fault recording data via the backend. This enables remote positioning and diagnosis for over 70% of common faults. Specifically, the fault recording function provides core data support for precise post-event analysis and rapid responsibility determination, significantly reducing manual inspection costs and extending equipment life.
