As the logistics industry transitions toward low-carbon solutions, the Luquan District has actively promoted heavy truck electrification pilot projects. The Luquan Heavy Truck Project aims to build an ultra-fast charging network covering core logistics parks, addressing the "charging efficiency" pain point of electric heavy trucks under high-intensity operations. A total of 30 units of 320kW integrated DC chargers have been deployed, significantly shortening charging time per vehicle through ultra-high power output technology, ensuring 24/7 high-efficiency turnover for logistics fleets. As a senior energy solution provider, RW Energy provided full-stack support from equipment R&D to on-site commissioning.

The integrated DC chargers used in this project strictly follow GB/T standards. The core technical parameters are as follows:
| Parameter | Specification & Requirements |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | 800 * 650 * 2000 mm (W * D * H) |
| No. of Connectors | 2 Connectors (Smart Power Distribution) |
| Rated Power | 320 kW |
| Max Output Current | Max 500 A (Liquid-cooled Cable Technology) |
| Connector Standard | GB/T (National Standard Interface) |
| Protection Grade | IP54 |
| Ambient Temperature | -30 ℃ to +50 ℃ |
| Protection Functions | Overvoltage, Lightning, Overcurrent, Leakage, Waterproof, and Emergency Stop |
For the 320kW ultra-high power output and 500A continuous current, the equipment core adopts high-performance liquid-cooled charging cables. By circulating cooling media inside the cables, temperature rise from high current is effectively controlled, significantly reducing the size of the charging gun head and greatly improving the ease of plugging for truck drivers.

Every RW Energy unit undergoes rigorous testing in standardized laboratories before delivery:

The equipment uses export-grade reinforced wooden pallets and is filled with high-density shock-absorbing foam. The exterior is wrapped in multiple layers of anti-static, moisture-proof plastic film and encased in wooden crates, ensuring that 30 precision units are protected from vibration, scratches, or moisture during long-distance land transport.

All 30 units were delivered directly to the site via specialized heavy-duty logistics vehicles. During transport, the cabinet's center of gravity was mechanically fixed to prevent structural damage to internal control boards and magnetic components from vehicle vibrations.

At the Luquan project site, the technical team efficiently completed the positioning, anchoring, and wiring commissioning of 30 chargers. By verifying the compatibility of 400mm² large-section incoming cables with transformer capacity and strengthening the inspection of lightning protection grounding, the project achieved "plug-and-play" status.

Since commissioning, the 320kW chargers have performed excellently, meeting the "charge-and-go" requirements of electric heavy trucks. Vehicle charging turnover rate has increased by approximately 50% compared to traditional charging stations. The success of this landmark project marks a solid step for Luquan District in building a "Green Logistics Demonstration Zone" and reaffirms RW Energy's technical authority in the field of high-power fast charging.
