Product Overview
The RWFC series low-voltage static passive harmonic filter and compensation device is an economical tuning-type filtering and reactive power compensation solution. It is composed of professionally designed filter reactors, filter capacitors, filter resistors, contactors, circuit breakers, and other components that form tuned LC branches. At the resonant frequency, where XCn = XLn, the tuned filter provides a low-impedance path for targeted harmonic orders, effectively absorbing and suppressing characteristic harmonics generated by non-linear loads.
By reducing harmonic distortion and providing reactive power compensation, the device improves power factor, enhances system stability, and mitigates harmonic pollution in the distribution network. The RWFC series features integrated protection and control, easy operation, and tuning branches designed through computer simulation based on actual site conditions to ensure optimal performance and maximize equipment efficiency and energy savings.
